For one night only, Fade & Funny brings the barbershop to the stage for a Juneteenth celebration packed with sharp cuts, sharper jokes, and music with soul. 

When an audience suggestion throws the neighborhood shop into a hairy situation, the barbers and loyal customers must line things up before the whole place gets cut loose for good. 

Through short-form improv games, recurring characters, and improvised musical moments, the story unfolds one laugh at a time — with the MC able to call for a song in any genre at any moment. From R&B slow jams to gospel, hip-hop, country, or a blues number, this one-show-only experience celebrates black joy, community, and the kind of shop talk you can’t get anywhere else.
